Taster Workshop

Join us for a 3 hour taster workshop in the heart of Cardiff city centre.

This taster workshop will introduce us to the core concepts of the Meisner Technique as the group are led through a series of foundational exercises.

Suitable for newbies or those wanting a refresher!
